BCS has been a leader in Latvia’s cleaning and technical maintenance sector for over 14 years. As the company grew and took on new projects, it needed to fill roles quickly for urgent and short-term work without lowering its service standards.

In a year of partnership: 26% operational cost savings, 23 short-term projects completed and about 12 hours a week less HR and management workload. Positions filled included foremen, forklift drivers, line operators, order pickers, loaders, cleaners and window washers.
