The Workteil story since 2019
Company founded
Workteil was founded in 2019. We started with a practical goal: help businesses find skilled and technical specialists, and help people find suitable work. Latvia became our base and remains our home today.
Developing our specialisation
Requests grew more specific: relevant experience, clear conditions and the ability to work in a team. Our approach focused on matching specialists to the actual tasks on site.
A coordinated team approach
Project teams called for recruitment and start planning to work together. Recruiters and a coordinator began handling briefs jointly, from the candidate profile to the agreed team structure.
Five recruitment sectors
Our team works from Riga. We recruit for construction, energy, technical work, modular housing and agriculture. Each brief is shaped around the roles, conditions and needs of the client.
Our direction
Our next step is deeper sector knowledge and stronger partnerships. We want clients to bring a new brief to a familiar team, building on the experience of working together.
Workteil is based in Riga. This is where we develop the business, recruit specialists and coordinate communication with clients and candidates.
We work with recruitment briefs from construction, manufacturing and energy companies. Location, team composition and conditions are discussed separately for each project.
